It all started with four friends, a shared dream, and the courage to take a chance.

We set out to create a space where Cuban heritage meets modern coffee culture. A place where classic Cuban flavors live alongside handcrafted specialty drinks. Where a familiar recipe can be rediscovered with a fresh perspective, and where every guest, whether they grew up with cafecito or are trying it for the very first time, feels at home.

Opening Isla Café was a leap of faith. We traded comfort for uncertainty because we believed the community deserved a café that celebrates where we come from while looking toward what's next.

This is more than a coffee shop.
